• Estimates & Proposals

1. • All estimates are free unless stated otherwise and valid for 30 days.
   • Any change in the scope of work, materials, or site conditions may require a revised estimate.
   • Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before starting work.
     

• Payments

1. • Payment terms will be agreed upon in the signed contract before work begins.
   • We accept cash, checks, bank transfers, or approved digital payments.
   • A deposit may be required for certain projects to secure materials and labor.
   • Late payments may result in work delays and additional charges.
     

• Permits & Approvals

1. • We handle necessary city permits and inspections for the work we perform, unless otherwise agreed.
   • Any violations or stop-work orders caused by previous work not done by us remain the client’s responsibility.

• Project Timelines

1. • We make every effort to complete projects on time.
   • Delays due to weather, supply chain issues, or permit approvals will be communicated immediately.
     

• Warranties

1. • We provide warranties on workmanship as stated in the signed agreement.
   • Manufacturer warranties for materials are passed on to the client when applicable.
   • Warranties are void if work is altered or damaged by a third party after completion.

• Safety & Site Access

1. • We follow strict safety procedures on all projects.
   • Clients must provide clear access to the site and remove any obstacles that may delay the work.
     

• Cancellations

1. • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before scheduled work.
   • Cancellations after work has begun may incur charges for labor, materials, and permits already obtained.

• Liability

1. • We are fully insured for general liability and workers’ compensation.
   • We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing structural defects, hidden site conditions, or third-party actions.
